At WAVEX®, we strive to ship your order quickly and reliably from our fulfillment center in California. Once your order is placed, our goal is to deliver your package within 5–8 business days within the continental United States.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations for a flat rate of $22 USD.
Transit times vary by destination and typically range from 7–15 business days.
Special Regions
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require additional transit time and fees.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
PO Boxes may take an additional 3–5 days to arrive. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery & Responsibility
WAVEX® is not responsible for address entry errors, delivery delays due to carriers, or packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations are not possible, including updates to shipping/billing addresses or promotional adjustments.
